Introducing Donna Boyd CPDT-KA, ABCDT
Hi, I’m DD (aka Donna) founder of DD’s Dog Training. I’m a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) and a graduate of Animal Behavior College (ABC) where I graduated with honors and earned my certification as an Animal Behavior College Dog Trainer (ABCDT). My certifications, education and 6+ years’ experience provide me the skills required to effectively and humanely train your dog while enhancing the bond that is so special to you and your pup.
I offer private instruction in San Diego, CA.
I teach basic obedience cues including:
Watch Me/Look, Touch, Sit, Down, Stay, Recall, Leave It, Drop It, Place, and Loose Leash Walking/Heel.
I also address problem behaviors such as:
Jumping, puppy nipping and mouthing, unruly behavior in the house, begging, stealing food from counters, jumping on furniture, excessive barking, inappropriate chewing, coprophagia (stool eating), house-training, digging, and bolting.
I offer customized courses in:
puppy 101
housebreaking
basic obedience and manners for adolescent and adult dogs
environmental management
Canine Good Citizen (CGC) prep
clicker training
I have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. If requested, I will wear a face mask and/or limit the amount of space to 6 feet between myself and clients.
